These are some of my other favourite roadtrip artists: dixie chicks, faith hill and the corrs. If anyone had any other suggestions, along those lines. i would be greatful. thankyou
For Petty and the Heartbreakers, try the album Into The Great Wide Open. The entire album works well as a road trip album. You might also consider the Pack Up The Plantation: Live! album.
Another thought is John Mellencamp’s Freedom’s Road. I have friends comment that it is a great road album with the Americana themes to it.
